Basic Event Package — $750

• Coverage: Up to 2 hours on-site

• Crew: 1 videographer (single-camera)

• Deliverables:

  • One 3–5 minute edited highlight video

  • Color correction and basic audio cleanup

  • Music licensed for social/web use

  • Delivered as MP4 via download link

• Turnaround: 7 business days

• Add-ons available: additional hour ($125/hr), raw footage ($150), social clips (2 x 30s for $100)

Standard Event Package — $1,400

• Coverage: Up to 4 hours on-site

• Crew: 1 videographer (single-camera) + basic audio capture (lav or shotgun)

• Deliverables:

  • One 5–8 minute edited highlight video

  • One full-length single-camera edit of key segments (up to 30 minutes total)

  • Color grading and audio mixing

  • Two 30–60 second social clips optimized for IG/FB/TikTok

  • Branded intro/outro (logo provided by client)

  • Delivered as MP4 via download link and one 1080p USB drive (optional)

• Turnaround: 14 business days

• Add-ons available: second camera ($300), drone footage (where legal) ($200)

Premium Event Package — $2,600

• Coverage: Up to 8 hours on-site

• Crew: 1 videographer (two-camera coverage) + dedicated audio capture

• Deliverables:

  • One 8–12 minute cinematic highlight film

  • Multi-camera full show edit (up to 60 minutes)

  • Color grading (film look) and professional audio mix/mastering

  • Four social clips (15–60s) tailored to platform aspect ratios

  • Motion graphics: lower-thirds and title sequence

  • One 4K master file + 1080p deliverables

  • Client review session with one revision round

• Turnaround: 14-21 business days

• Add-ons available: extended coverage ($250/hr), additional revision rounds ($75/round)

Concert Essentials Package — $1,800

• Coverage: Up to 4 hours (suitable for 1–2 acts or a set)

• Crew: 2 videographers (multi-angle single-room capture) + FOH audio capture (line feed)

• Deliverables:

  • One 6–10 minute performance highlight reel

  • Multi-camera single-song/segment edit (up to 30 minutes)

  • Audio sync and mixing using FOH feed or multitrack (if provided)

  • One 4K master + social clips (2 x 30–60s)

• Turnaround: 12 business days

• Add-ons: full show multi-camera edit (add $400), crowd and B-roll package ($150), drone establishing shots (venue dependent) ($200)

Concert Pro Package — $3,800

• Coverage: Full show (up to 6 hours)

• Crew: 3 videographers (front-of-house, stage side, roaming) + dedicated audio tech

• Deliverables:

  • One 12–20 minute concert film (performance and behind-the-scenes integration)

  • Full multi-camera concert edit (up to 90 minutes)

  • Comprehensive audio mixing/mastering from multitrack or FOH feed

  • Package of social assets (6 clips, multiple aspect ratios)

  • Title cards, artist/track lower-thirds, and end slate

  • Two revision rounds; 4K master + 1080p deliverables and archival drive

• Turnaround: 21 business days

• Add-ons: same-day edit for event screens and social ($650), additional cameras ($300 each), vocal isolation and advanced audio restoration (pricing on request)

Extras & Notes

• Travel: Local travel included within 50 km. Additional travel billed at $0.75/km or per diem for overnight jobs.

• Insurance and permits: Client to secure venue permissions. We can arrange drone permits or venue clearance; fees passed through to client.

• Deposits & payment: 30% non-refundable deposit to secure date. Balance due on delivery of rough cut or on event day for same-day services. Major credit cards, ACH, and company checks accepted.
